Orders
All orders are subject to our policies. It is understood that by placing an order by phone, fax or online that the customer acknowledges and accepts these policies as stated.

Prices
Our advertized prices are subject to change without notice, and current pricing is that noted in each product description in our online store. Pricing does not include shipping or handling fees. We apologize for any discrepancies caused by typographical errors and reserve the right to correct them at any time. We are not obligated to sell items at mis-marked prices. We make every effort to avoid these errors.
  • Sales Tax

  • Sales tax (8.50%) will be charged on items addressed for delivery in California.

  • Payment Methods

  • All orders must be pre-paid by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express). We are not able to accept C.O.D. orders.

    Due to new regulations and standards to protect from fraud, all credit card orders must have the same billing name and address that is on file with the card-issuing bank. All of this information must match up at the time the credit card is processed. If not, we will not be able to fill the order.

  • We use the latest web technology available to prevent anyone else from accessing your information either during online communication, and afterwards while it may be still be in our possession.

  • Low Price Guarantee

  • If you find a lower advertised price within 5 days of your purchase, we'll beat that price by giving you a refund or store credit for the difference plus $1.00.

    How it works
    If within 5 days after you bought any item from us, you find a lower advertised price from a store, send us the print ad via US mail, e-mail us the Internet ad, or email the address of the website where the product was found.

    The retail store, Internet store or mail order company must stock and sell the same new item you've just purchased. The item advertized must be for sale with a manufacturer's warranty and in a factory-sealed box.

    Restrictions
    May not be a closeout item, or item up for auction or on clearance sale. Item must be advertized for sale within 5 days of the time your credit card was billed by us. We must be notfied by you within the same 5 days, of the lower advertized price. You may email us or send us a note by US postal mail. Include your i-Bike invoice number for proper reference and credit. We must be able to verify the truthfulness and authenticity of the advertized price by either phone or email contact with the advertizer. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other i-Bike special offers.

Availability
Most purchases are shipped from our warehouse in San Francisco to arrive within five to nine business days from receipt of your order. In the unlikely event that it takes more than three business days to fulfill your order, we will notify you via e-mail or telephone within one business day of the placement of your order. You will be notified of the estimated delay, and you will be given the opportunity to wait or cancel the order.

  • Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are based on the value of your order unless oversized. Items advertized as including Free Shipping will be shipped via UPS Ground only. This offer available only to customers in the continental United States.

    Shipping within the continental United States requires a street address as UPS will not deliver to PO Boxes. Shipping charges on most orders delivered within the Continental United States are as follows, with some exceptions listed below.

    * Shipping fee for tires is $ 12.00 per tire. This charge is separate from, and in addition to, shipping for any other items ordered.

  • Handling Fees

  • Handling fees are charged on certain items such as tires and oversized goods. Handling fees may also be charged on shipments to the following destinations: Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Puerto Rico and APO addresses. The actual charges vary.

  • Shipping Methods

  • All items are shipped within continental United States via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified.

  • Delivery Time

  • UPS delivers to most locations in the continental US within 2-7 working days, with time varying according to your distance from San Francisco, California. Delivery during certain holidays, such as Christmas, may take slightly longer.

  • Alaska, Hawaii, Canda, Puerto Rico, and other areas outside the continental US

  • UPS Ground service is not available to these areas. Orders shipped to these addresses will be shipped by the United States Postal Service (USPS) as USPS Priority Mail. Orders will be insured, but USPS is used at your own risk as we have no way to track the shipment. Shipments made by the USPS will billed an additional $ 12.00 to our standard shipping fees. Items marked with FREE SHIPPING do not apply outside of the continental United States

Order Cancellation
A 10% handling fee will be applied to all orders cancelled before being shipped to the customer. Canclellation of your order can be requested by e-mail or phone. However, do not assume that email or phone messages are reliable. You must receive a Cancellation Verification number from us before the cancellation will be considered effective. if the order has already shipped, you will have to return the item according to our return policy.

Orders for items advertized as Closeout at the time the order was placed cannot be cancelled.

Invoices
Shortly after your order is submitted, an order confirmation will be e-mailed to you including your order number and summary. Please retain this for your records until your order arrives.

When your order is completed, it will be shipped with a final copy of your invoice. Please retain this for your records. In the event of a return or exchange, we ask you to include a copy of this invoice with your shipment.

Tracking Numbers
As soon as your order ships, we will send you an e-mail notification of your shipment, along with your UPS tracking number.

Claims
If you receive an item in damaged condition, please phone or e-mail us at service@i-bike.com immediately for information regarding the procedure to be followed. Keep all packaging materials and the original shipping carton. Please do not return the item until instructed to do so.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Items returned for store credit, exchange or refund must be returned within 30 days of the date you received the items.

All items returned must have a Return Authorization number. To obtain an Return Authorization number, you may phone or e-mail returns@i-bike.com . Your Return Authorization number will remain valid for 15 days.

Unless damaged in shipment, all returned items must be in new, unused, and re-sellable condition. The item must be returned with the manufacturer's original packaging including all tags and labels. Please ship all items in a corrugated cardboard shipping box, and packed so that no damage occurs to the item being returned or exchanged.

Items returned in only the manufacturer's carton will be refused.

Any item sent back that is damaged due to improper packaging for the return shipment will be refused.

DO NOT SEND ITEMS TO US C.O.D. Our warehouse will refuse all C.O.D. shipments.

Your Return Authorization number must be clearly visible on the outside of the box or it will be refused.

All returns will be processed within 7 days of receipt.

A 10% handling fee will be applied to all items returned for store credit.

Shipping fees will not be reimbursed unless the customer received incorrect items due to an error made by us. If that is the case, we will reimburse standard shipping charges (ie UPS Ground) only.

Return shipping fees and insurance are the responsiblity of the customer. Please include insurance for the full retail value of items being returned.

Refunds
All the policies regarding Returns apply. Additionally, a 20% re-stocking fee will be applied to all items returned for refund. If you want to return and item that was advetized to include Free Shipping at the time you purchased it, the amount returned to your credit card will be the cost of the item, less the re-stocking fee and the original shipping amount that would have been charged under normal terms. Your credit card will be credited within three days of our receipt of your shipment.

Exchanges
All the policies regarding Returns apply. There is no extra fee for exchanges. Normal shipping charges will be applied to the exchange item. Exchanges are subject to availability and approval by an i-Bike Motorcycle Outfitters, Inc. representative.

Warranty
i-Bike Motorcycle Outfitters, Inc. disclaims any warranty, expressed or implied, on the products we sell. Any and all warranties are solely and completely the responsibility of the manufacturer.

If possible, we will replace the item if found defective by working with the distributor and/or manufacturer.

This will depend on their level of cooperation and/or policies with that company. Please contact us at returns@i-bike.com. There will be a reshipment fee of $ 8.50 to return the item in question or the new replacement item.

Liability
The purchaser of any product releases i-Bike Motorcycle Outfitters, Inc. from any and all liabilities, including losses of any kind whatsoever relating to the purchase or products from us, and to the use of those products. Such purchasers shall hold i-Bike Motorcycle Outfitters, Inc. harmless and indemnify i-Bike Motorcycle Outfitters, Inc. in the event of a loss which occurs from the use of such products. The purchaser recognizes that any alteration or modification to any product may increase the risk of injury or accident.

Errors
i-Bike Motorcycle Outfitters, Inc.assumes no liability for errors in part numbers, pricing or specifications. i-Bike Motorcycle Outfitters, Inc. reserves the right to change products, descriptions, prices and applications at any time without notice and with no further obligation.

Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We request information we collect about you to process orders and to provide a more personalized shopping experience.

What information do we collect? How do we use it?
When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number, and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status.

When you sign up for our Mailing List, we need only an e-mail address--which we use to send information about new events and happenings.

When you enter a contest or other promotional feature, we may ask for your name, address, and e-mail address so we can administer the contest and notify winners.

We may also use the information we collect to occasionally notify you about important functionality changes to the Web site.
